My name is Kalina. I am originally from Poland and have been proud to call Australia home for over 20 years. I first lived on the beautiful Sunshine Coast and now reside in vibrant Brisbane. Since 2015, I have been the founder and director of KM Partners.

I specialise in internal accounting systems, financial consulting, software training, and bookkeeping services tailored to business owners and their teams. My professional background spans more than 15 years in the accounting and financial sector. I have worked as a Business Manager in public accounting firms for over eight years and as an Internal Accountant for a large group of companies for more than four years. This experience has equipped me with both strategic insight and hands-on expertise, which I apply to every business I work with.​

I am a Registered Tax Agent (No 25698826). I am authorised to prepare and lodge tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts and partnerships. I also provide formal tax advice, assist with Business Activity Statement lodgements, and represent clients in their interactions with the Australian Taxation Office. These services are regulated by the Tax Practitioners Board and require professional registration, ensuring that your tax matters are handled accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with Australian tax law.

Through KM Partners, I support clients in a variety of ways. I often serve as a part-time Chief Financial Officer, delivering monthly management reports, preparing cash flow forecasts and budgets, conducting financial performance reviews, and helping to streamline internal processes. My goal is to provide businesses with greater financial clarity and control so they can grow with confidence.

In addition to compliance and reporting services, I provide software training in MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks, Reckon, and other accounting systems. Whether it is one-on-one training for business owners or tailored guidance for internal staff, I make sure your team uses accounting tools to their full potential. I also assist with reviewing existing bookkeeping practices, implementing improved systems, and supporting businesses through structural or operational change.
